Albha was not born in a meeting room, but around a set table. It all started at the end of 2023 from a simple ritual: breakfast among friends. That moment of conviviality, marked by chatting, ideas, and good coffee, was too precious to remain a private habit.
We felt the desire to extend this feeling, transforming the warmth of home into an opportunity open to everyone.
Thus Albha was born, a dynamic reality that focuses on the value of quality time dedicated to oneself and sharing.
The Heart of the Project: Breakfast Club
Our flagship format is the most authentic expression of our philosophy. The Breakfast Club is not just a simple breakfast, but an immersive experience built on three fundamental pillars:
- Itinerant and Suggestive Locations We move through Liguria in search of unexpected places, favoring contact with nature and the beauty of the territory to offer a new setting every time.
- Sound Design Music is not background, but part of the experience. Our DJs and artists select refined sounds to create a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
- Conscious Taste Our chefs create targeted, non-dispersive menus. This choice allows us to guarantee the excellence of raw materials and guide our guests on a memorable taste journey.

Come tutto è iniziato
Albha non nasce in una sala riunioni, ma attorno a un tavolo imbandito. Tutto è iniziato alla fine del 2023 da un semplice rituale: una colazione tra amici. Quel momento di convivialità, scandito da chiacchiere, idee e buon caffè, era troppo prezioso per restare un'abitudine privata.
Abbiamo sentito il desiderio di estendere questa sensazione, trasformando il calore di casa in un'opportunità aperta a tutti.
Così è nata Albha, una realtà dinamica che mette al centro il valore del tempo di qualità dedicato a sé stessi e alla condivisione.
Il Cuore del Progetto: Breakfast Club
Il nostro format di punta è l'espressione più autentica della nostra filosofia. Il Breakfast Club non è una semplice colazione, ma un'esperienza immersiva costruita su tre pilastri fondamentali:
- Location Itineranti e Suggestive Ci muoviamo attraverso la Liguria alla ricerca di luoghi inaspettati, privilegiando il contatto con la natura e la bellezza del territorio per offrire una cornice sempre nuova.
- Sound Design La musica non è un sottofondo, ma parte dell'esperienza. I nostri DJ e artisti selezionano sonorità ricercate per creare un'atmosfera rilassata e coinvolgente.
- Gusto Consapevole I nostri chef ideano menù mirati, non dispersivi. Questa scelta ci permette di garantire l'eccellenza delle materie prime e di guidare i nostri ospiti in un percorso di gusto memorabile.
